his versatile Wheat Bag can be worn on any limb on the body. Hook and loop closing with lycra attachment in 3 different sizes. THIS IS SIZE MEDIUM WITH A CIRCUMFERENCE OF 35cm to 52cm. It has one side cotton corduroy filled with wheat and the other side is a removable lycra (stretchy) attaching strap to keep the Wheat Bag in place.
