Refund Request form
All persons applying for a refund must complete the following Refunds Request Form.
If a request for a refund is for solely course fees, the Refund Request Form must be completed and submitted
If a request is for the return of goods including First Aid Supplies and/or Defibrillators, the Refund Request Form must be submitted along with the outlined items.
Returns can be posted to Unit 19 5/7 Channel Road Mayfield West NSW 2304 alternatively products can be returned to head office between 8am and 4pm Monday to Friday.
All goods being returned must be in as new condition and be complete with all items attached.
Administration fees apply as follows;
- Refunds on course fees - Less $10 Administration Fee
- Refunds on goods/products - Full cost less freight costs
Refunds will be processed by the same means in which you paid.
